The seminars explore how we can deepen our access to our inner wisdom and expand our perspective on our place in the universe. Becoming and staying healthy is an inside job--learning to trust one’s self to know what one needs to achieve the best health outcomes. This is important because 75% of all disease is lifestyle related. |

Mental health is arrived at by understanding and learning to
manage our stress factors, attitudes and belief systems.
Each person is different and has different needs. The
seminars teach techniques to understand personal stressors
and how to manage stress. |

Physical health is determined by how we take care of or harm
our bodies with nutrition, fitness, sleep habits, and drugs and
alcohol use. The Seminars teach how to listen to our own
bodies and what they need. |

Spiritual health is determined by our relationship to our spiritual nature, and the ways we nourish that. The Seminars teach techniques to deepen our spiritual lives and to draw on

boundaries, self-esteem and relationships affect health. The
Seminars teach us how to understand and attend to our

Integral Health Options Seminars are interactive, lively, and
informative-- a unique way to learn how to improve your health. We
present and explore the factors that impact holistic health in a
structured agenda that allows for plenty of interaction. The seminars
teach the elements of holistic health through a wide range of options
and the most up-to- date approaches to health, based on
cutting-edge research drawn from experts in the health arena. |
The day begins by examining how our attitudes and belief systems
determine our health behaviors. We then teach a variety of ways known
to improve holistic health, so that you can choose those you want to
implement. For instance, we explain how becoming aware of negativity
and changing it through optimism can nurture our emotional health. We
proceed with how to improve nutrition and fitness with simple methods
such as shopping the perimeter of grocery stores and the well-known
method of parking far away from the store. |
The class discusses strategies to manage stress that can improve
your immune system, how increasing self-esteem can reduce stress, and
how forgiveness can have a positive affect on your health. Learning
about holistic health empowers you to understand your whole body,
mental, physical, spiritual and emotional, to make the best choices for
your own personal health and happiness. |
