| Julia Smedley Massey, a nationally Certified Health Educator Specialist, is the founder and facilitator of Integral Health Options. She has studied and taught health education for 20 years. |
| Ms Massey has a BS in Psychology from the University of Alabama and a MA in Guidance and Counseling from the University of North Alabama. Her studies include post-graduate work in health education and depth psychology at the University of Alabama and at Pacifica, as well as extensive seminars at the Jung Institute in Switzerland. |
| Julia has written numerous health articles for magazines and newspapers, and has been active in many community agencies, including the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, the Arthritis Foundation. She served in the President’s Club of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce for six years. She has served on many Boards, involving the arts and women’s services, among them the Women’s Center of Knoxville, the Tuscaloosa Symphony, and the Cultural Park of Sedona. |
| Ms Massey has presented health seminars to major corporations and organizations. Among them are the Hyatt Corporation, Martin Marietta Corporation, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, the University of Alabama MBA Program, the University of Tennessee, Detoxification and Rehabilitation Institute, and the Executive Seminar Center. |
| Her mission is to educate, motivate and support individuals to create their own healthy lifestyle, incorporating body, mind, emotional and spiritual awareness. |
